Buying the RIGHT car is harder than it looks. I help figure out what's worth pursuing, what's overpriced, and what fits the needs of the collector — especially in niche cars. When it's time to move, CF handles everything: inspections, transport, delivery; wherever the car is.
Collection Management
Cars have always been the thing I care about most. I love to pair the right one with the right person, then stick around to make sure it stays right. CF handles maintenance scheduling, service coordination, storage, transport — all of it, through a tight and passionate network of people who actually know what they're doing. The end goal is that you can turn a key, and the car will start every time.
Helping Buy and Sell
Buying a car is complicated, there is never a right way to do so. That's where Collectors Firm comes in, I make the buying process as easy as possible; I travel for inspections, negotiate, and at the end, have the car at your door. The same goes for when its time to let go of a car, I will make sure it ends up in the hands of someone who will appreciate it as much as you do!
I've always approached cars as an enthusiast first.
Every decision starts with how a car is driven, maintained, and the story it carries. Collectors Firm exists to support owners who feel the same way. My role is to handle the details with care and judgment, so everyone can stay focused on enjoying their cars rather than managing everything around them.
Truman Wilson
Truman started Collectors Firm out of a simple observation: serious car owners needed someone in their corner who actually understood the cars. His relationship with them started early, growing up around his father's Ferraris and spending weekends at Cars and Coffee gatherings across Dallas.
For many years of being in the Dallas Car Community, the Automotive Industry, and seeing things not done the correct way, Truman wanted to take his expertise and become an advocate for Car Collectors, really specializing in Collector Cars. Unfortunately, DFW is not the most trustworthy metroplex for getting work done to your car, so the Collectors Firm network is a group of specialized individuals who more than exceed in their craft, and are fellow passionate people who also care.
